Welcome back Love notes with Lyz. In this episode, we discuss relationships and the dreaded TALK.
You know the one that churns your stomach. Well, we have a strategy for that—regularly scheduled meetings. In the show, I tell you that I will write easy notes for you. So here they are:
Before the Meeting:
- Take the Free Enneagram Quiz and/or do the Fun Love Formula
- Create a spot to put all your ideas- preferably in your notes app
During the Meeting:
- Celebrate- What is one thing that is going well?
- Problem Solve- Use the problems you wrote down in your notes app and come up with solutions together.
- Take Action- It is time to take action on those solutions.
